Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward e-mails from one email account to another, activate email filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just select the e-mail account you wish to forward mails from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
